Salon Policies

Reservations made online will require a credit card to be registered. You will not be charged unless you do not provide the requested notice to modify your reservation. Reservations made via phone will be secured with a Deposit Request via Square. Your deposit will be allocated to your service cost. 

Your reservation is very important to Salon Elite, it is reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary therefore, we respectfully request at minimum 4 days  notice, for any reservation modification. All reservation modifications may be subject to a fee.

If your reservation is unconfirmed or canceled without the required 4 days notice, you will be charged in full for your scheduled service, unless otherwise  approved.

 Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will likely  have to reschedule. You will be charged for your scheduled service.

We do NOT accept ill guests.  In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you or someone you have been in close contact with are suspected of having any communicable illness that you reschedule.  If you arrive at your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to modify your reservation.
