A deposit is required to secure services exceeding 2 hours. Your deposit will be allocated to your service cost. A invoice will be emailed to you and is due within 24 hours to hold your reservation.
Your reservation is very important to Salon Elite, it is reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for modifications to your reservation. Should you cancel without a minimum of 48 hour notice your will be charged for your scheduled service in full.
Should our booking system alert us to a history of 2 or more last minute cancellation or "no shows" we will require a full non-refundable deposit for all future reservations.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will likely have to reschedule. You will be charged for your scheduled service.

We do NOT accept sick guests. In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you or someone you have been in close contact with are suspected of having any communicable illness or have the onset of symptoms that you reschedule. If you arrive at your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to modify your reservation.

Your experience is important to us! If you have questions pertaining to your service or recent experience please do not hesitate to call us directly at 636-445-4467. Monetary refunds will not be made for hair services rendered however we will be happy to make adjustments to original service upon approval of the stylist. Requests for djustments must be made within 7 days of original appointment. Most corrective color processes require multiple visits; for this reason color adjustments do not apply to corrective color.
All retail sales are final. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned.
