Your reservation is very important to Salon Elite, it is reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary therefore, we respectfully request at minimum 4 days notice, for any reservation modification.
If your reservation is unconfirmed, modified or canceled without the required 4 days notice, you will be charged in full for your scheduled service, unless otherwise approved.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will likely have to reschedule. You will be charged for your scheduled service.
We do NOT accept ill guests. If you or someone you have been in close contact with are suspected of having any communicable please reschedule. If you arrive at your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to modify your reservation.

Requests for service adjustments must be made within 7 days of original reservation. Most corrective color processes require multiple visits; for this reason color adjustments do not apply to corrective color.
Service fees vary based on Artist. All listed fees are base prices.
All sales are final. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned.
