Treatment Guidelines

Simple answer is, yes! Please be advised that the head spa treatment may be modified to avoid attachment sites. 

(In rare cases, slipping may occur. Salon Elite and staff will not be held liable for such occurrence. )

Comfortable attire. Refrain from turtlenecks and hoodies.

For all head spa treatments, it is important to note that due to the nature of this water-based service, occasional overspray may occur. Robes are available upon request. 

Although, we cleanse the hair and scalp. We recommend you visit us with recently shampooed hair. 

Our services are safe for all types of treated hair.  However, the color or keratin may fade during our detoxification process if you had any chemical treatments preformed recently. We suggest clients wait 7 days from chemical service prior to receiving head spa treatments.

No. All head spa treatments are preformed within our secluded treatment lounge. 

Yes, we can accommodate 2 guests at once. We strongly recommend that you make a reservation well in advance for this service. 

Our specialists can work with all types of hair -- including bald.  We do request that we have appropriate access to the scalp since certain types of extensions prevent us from providing services to guests.

To ensure best possible outcomes, it is important to provide us with unobstructive access to the scalp. We kindly request that customers with braiding, dreadlocks, etc. consider removing these prior to head spa treatments
